These requirements apply to the actor Business Analyst
| Define data elements from workflows | SHALL | Can define data elements required throughout different points of the workflow for service delivery and indicator reporting. |
| Apply data capture criteria | SHALL | Can apply the criterion that only data needed for reporting, auditing, decision-support, aggregation, or exchange should be captured. |
| Map to standard terminologies | SHALL | Can map data elements to standards-based classifications and terminologies (ICD, LOINC, SNOMED). |
| Identify and remove duplicates | SHALL | Can identify duplicate data elements and consolidate Boolean data elements into List data elements where appropriate. |
| Fill data dictionary template | SHALL | Can complete the standardized DAK data dictionary spreadsheet template with detailed data specifications. |
