Profile: SMART Guidelines Requirements
These requirements apply to the actor Business Analyst
| Identify personas from L1 guidance | SHALL | Can identify personas referenced in L1 normative guidance. |
| Identify personas from SME consultations | SHALL | Can identify personas participating in workflows through consultations with SMEs. |
| Define persona competencies | SHALL | Can define descriptions, competencies, and essential interventions performed by each persona. |
| Ensure cross-component consistency | SHALL | Can verify that the same persona names are used consistently across all DAK components. |
| Validate through facility interviews | SHOULD | Can validate personas through in-person interviews at health facilities. |
