These requirements apply to the actor Translator
| Translate narrative pages | SHALL | Can translate IG narrative page content (markdown/HTML) to target UN languages. |
| Translate resource metadata | SHALL | Can translate FHIR resource display names, titles, and descriptions. |
| Manage translation files | SHALL | Can manage .pot/.po translation template files and the translation extraction/registration workflow. |
| Coordinate domain terminology | SHOULD | Can coordinate with clinical SMEs for domain-specific terminology in translations. |
